为探究活化剂对磷矿中的磷及中微量元素的同步活化效果,以国内外几种磷矿以及活化剂HA、OC为材料,测定了磷矿和活化磷矿中水溶磷、水溶硅、水溶钙、水溶镁、水溶锰、水溶铁等养分的含量,并通过土壤培养试验进行养分释放论证。结果表明:与磷矿相比,活化磷矿的水溶性磷含量提升12~64倍,土壤培养后有效磷含量提高约60%;活化磷矿中的水溶硅、水溶钙、水溶镁、水溶锰、水溶铁的含量也得到明显提高。采用活化剂可实现磷及中微量元素的同步活化,为中低品位磷矿的高效利用与生产工艺的绿色转型提供技术支撑。
In order to explore the synchronous activation effect of activators on phosphorus and trace elements in phosphate rock, several phosphate rocks and activators HA and OC at home and abroad are used as materials to determine the content of water-soluble phosphorus, silicon, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron and other nutrients in phosphate rock and activated phosphate rock. Nutrient release is demonstrated through soil culture experiments. The results show that compared with phosphate ore, the water-soluble phosphorus content of activated phosphate ore increased by 12-64 times, and the effective phosphorus content increased by about 60% after soil cultivation. The content of water-soluble silicon, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and iron in activated phosphate ore has also been significantly increased. The use of activators can achieve synchronous activation of phosphorus and medium and trace elements, providing technical support for the efficient utilization of medium and low grade phosphate ore and the green transformation of production processes.
