摘要:

针对采用四苯硼酸钾重量法测定湿法磷酸萃取法生产磷酸二氢钾装置中料液的钾(K2O)含量耗时较长、测定结果反馈慢、影响生产装置工艺指标调整、无法满足生产要求等情况,选用钾离子选择性电极法测定料液的钾含量。结果表明:钾离子选择性电极法测定磷酸二氢钾料液中钾含量的相对标准偏差小于2%,与四苯硼酸钾重量法测定结果的绝对差值在规定的误差范围内,样品的加标回收率为99.12%~100.51%。采用钾离子选择性电极法测定磷酸二氢钾料液的钾含量,方法简单,能快速提供测定结果,为生产装置工艺指标的精准调控提供了数据支持。

Abstract:

Using potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method to determine the potassium (K2O) content in feed solution of wet process phosphoric acid extraction method for producing potassium dihydrogen phosphate unit has some disadvantages such as time-consuming, slow feedback of measurement results, affecting the adjustment of process indicators of production unit and failing to meet production requirements. In connection with the situation, the potassium ion selective electrode method is selected to determine the potassium content in feed solution. The results show that the relative standard deviation of potassium content in potassium dihydrogen phosphate feed solution determined by potassium ion selective electrode method is less than 2%, and the absolute difference with the results determined by potassium tetraphenylborate gravimetric method is within the specified error range, the recovery rate of the sample is 99.12% to 100.51%. Using potassium ion selective electrode method to determine the potassium content in potassium dihydrogen phosphate feed solution has the advantages of simple method and fast provision of measurement results, which can provide data support for precise control of process indicators of production unit.
