提出了酸溶-离子色谱法测定废渣中三氟乙酸含量的方法。用盐酸-硼酸-硫酸混合酸溶解氟化钙废渣,稀释10 000倍并调节样品溶液的pH至7后,用离子色谱法测定样品溶液中三氟乙酸的含量。结果表明:方法具有良好的专属性;三氟乙酸的质量浓度为1.0~5.0 mg/L时与对应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程的相关系数r>0.999,检出限为0.05 mg/L;对2个氟化钙废渣样品进行测定,三氟乙酸测定值的相对标准偏差为1.459%~1.509%,加标回收率为83.8%~92.6%。方法简便、快速、准确,能满足氟化钙废渣中三氟乙酸含量的分析要求。
A method for determining the content of trifluoroacetic acid in waste residue by acid dissolution-ion chromatography is proposed. Dissolve calcium fluoride waste residue in a mixture of hydrochloric acid-boric acid-sulfuric acid, dilute 10 000 times, and adjust the pH of the sample solution to 7. Then, determine the content of trifluoroacetic acid in the sample solution using ion chromatography. The results indicate that the method has good specificity. When the mass concentration of trifluoroacetic acid is 1.0-5.0 mg/L, there is a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak area. The correlation coefficient of the regression equation is r>0.999, and the detection limit is 0.05 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of trifluoroacetic acid measurement values for two calcium fluoride waste residue samples is 1.459% to 1.509%, and the recovery rate is 83.8% to 92.6%. The method is convenient, fast, and accurate, and can meet the analysis requirements of trifluoroacetic acid content in calcium fluoride waste residue.
