改性淀粉生物基包膜肥料的保水保肥性能研究
Research on the Water and Fertilizer Retention Performance of Modified Starch Bio-based Coated Fertilizer

摘要:

采用淀粉作为原材料,以化学交联的方法制备保水型改性淀粉生物基包膜材料;采用三段式包膜工艺制备多层改性淀粉生物基包膜肥料;通过流变学试验及溶胀度和吸附性试验,研究了保水型改性淀粉生物基包膜材料的机械稳定性及改性淀粉生物基包膜肥料的保水性和保肥性。结果表明:保水型改性淀粉生物基包膜材料具有良好的机械稳定性,通过增加交联剂的加入量可提高包膜材料的机械强度;改性淀粉生物基包膜肥料具备良好的保水、保肥性能,可通过改变溶液体系的pH和盐浓度调控肥料对水分和养分的保有量,实现水分和养分的可控释放。

Abstract:

Starch is used as the raw material to prepare water-retaining modified starch bio-based coating material through chemical cross-linking, the multi-layer modified starch bio-based coated fertilizer using a three-stage coating process is prepared. The mechanical stability of water-retaining modified starch bio-based coating material and the water and fertilizer retention properties of modified starch bio-based coating fertilizer are studied through rheological tests, swelling and adsorption tests. The results show that water-retaining modified starch bio-based coating material has good mechanical stability, and the mechanical strength of the coating material can be improved by increasing the amount of crosslinking agent added. Modified starch bio-based coated fertilizer has good water and fertilizer retention properties, and can regulate the retention of water and nutrients by changing the pH and salt concentration of the solution system, achieving controlled release of water and nutrients.
