为考察滴施海藻肥对玉米生长发育及其产量形成的影响,确定海藻肥在滴灌玉米生产中的最佳施用量,开展了田间小区试验。试验设置不施肥对照(CK)及海藻肥施用量分别为0、4.5、9.0、13.5、18.0 kg/hm2(H0、H1、H2、H3、H4)共6个处理,调查玉米出苗率、出苗株高、干物质转移量、生物量、产量等指标。结果表明:滴施不同量的海藻肥均可促进玉米生长,提高玉米叶面积指数和叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值),其中H3处理的效果最好;滴施海藻肥能促进玉米地上部生物量增长和干物质转移,H3处理的干物质转移量、干物质转移率和干物质转移量对籽粒贡献率最高;滴施海藻肥处理的玉米产量均高于不滴施海藻肥处理的,且随着海藻肥滴施量的增加,玉米产量呈先上升再下降的趋势,其中H3处理的玉米产量最高,较CK、H0处理分别增加了35%、19%。根据玉米产量与海藻肥滴施量的拟合方程,推算出海藻肥理论最佳滴施量为13.45 kg/hm2,理论最高产量为16 470.16 kg/hm2。
In order to investigate the effects of dripping application of seaweed fertilizer on the growth, development, and yield formation of maize, and to determine the optimal application amount of seaweed fertilizer in dripping irrigation maize production, a field plot experiment is conducted. Six treatments are set up, including no fertilization control (CK) and seaweed fertilizer application rates of 0, 4.5, 9.0, 13.5, and 18.0 kg/hm2 (H0, H1, H2, H3, H4), to investigate maize emergence rate, seedling height, dry matter transfer, biomass, yield, and other indicators. The results show that dripping application of different amounts of seaweed fertilizer can promote maize growth, increase maize leaf area index and chlorophyll relative content (SPAD value), with H3 treatment showing the best effect. Dripping seaweed fertilizer can promote the growth of aboveground biomass and dry matter transfer in maize. The dry matter transfer amount, dry matter transfer rate, and the effect on grain from dry matter transfer amount all have the best results in H3 treatment. The maize yield treated with dripping application of seaweed fertilizer is higher than that without dripping application, and with the increase of dripping application of seaweed fertilizer, the maize yield shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Among them, the maize yield of H3 treatment is the highest, increasing by 35% and 19% respectively compared to CK and H0 treatments. According to the fitting equation between maize yield and the dripping application rate of seaweed fertilizer, the theoretical optimal dripping application rate of seaweed fertilizer is calculated to be 13.45 kg/hm2, and the theoretical maximum yield is 16 470.16 kg/hm2.
