为研究聚天门冬氨酸对夏玉米产量、氮素利用率及土壤中硝态氮含量的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设6个处理,分别为不施氮肥(CK)、基施26-13-6复合肥750 kg/hm2(T1)、基施尿素375 kg/hm2(T2)、基施尿素375 kg/hm2+0.3%聚天门冬氨酸(T3)、基施尿素375 kg/hm2+0.4%聚天门冬氨酸(T4)、基施尿素300 kg/hm2+0.3%聚天门冬氨酸(T5),考察了不同施肥处理的夏玉米产量、经济性状、氮素利用率和0~100 mm土层的硝态氮含量。结果表明:施用氮肥可以显著提高夏玉米的产量;聚天门冬氨酸有显著的增产效果,T3、T4处理的夏玉米产量高于T1、T2处理的,差异达极显著水平;在氮素施用量减少20%的条件下,T5处理的夏玉米产量与T2处理的相比无显著性差异;T3、T4、T5处理的氮素利用率比T1、T2处理的提高8.34%~20.91%,且不同程度地降低了土壤中的硝态氮含量。
In order to study the effects of polyaspartic acid on summer maize yield, nitrogen utilization efficiency, and nitrate nitrogen content in soil, a field plot experiment is conducted. A total of 6 treatments are set up in the experiment, including no nitrogen fertilizer application (CK), basal application of compound fertilizer (26-13-6) 750 kg/hm2 (T1), basal application of urea 375 kg/hm2 (T2), basal application of urea 375 kg/hm2+0.3% polyaspartic acid (T3), basal application of urea 375 kg/hm2+0.4% polyaspartic acid (T4), basal application of urea 300 kg/hm2+0.3% polyaspartic acid (T5). The yield and economic characteristics of summer maize, nitrogen utilization efficiency and nitrate nitrogen content in 0-100 mm soil layers under different fertilization treatments are investigated. The results show that applying nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the yield of summer maize. Polyaspartic acid has a significant yield increase effect, and the yield of summer maize under T3 and T4 treatments is higher than that under T1 and T2 treatments, with a highly significant difference. Under the condition of reducing nitrogen application rate by 20%, there is no significant difference in summer maize yield between T5 treatment and T2 treatment. The nitrogen utilization efficiency of T3, T4, and T5 treatments is increased by 8.34% to 20.91% compared to T1 and T2 treatments, and the nitrate nitrogen content in the soil is reduced to varying degrees.
