In order to investigate the effects of exogenous microbial agents on aerobic fermentation efficiency of chicken manure compost and the quality of organic fertilizer products, a experimental study is carried out. Using chicken manure and flammulina velutipes residue as raw materials, four treatments are set up, including no microbial agent treatment (CK), organic fertilizer fermentation microbial agent (MB), widely applicable microbial agent (BA) and special microbial agent for chicken manure fermentation (CM). The results show that the addition of exogenous microbial agents during chicken manure compost fermentation can significantly improve the fermentation efficiency and promote the fermentation process. Compared with CK treatment, the treatment with exogenous microbial agents can complete the fermentation 3 days in advance; the quality of all organic fertilizer products added with exogenous microbial agents can meet the requirements of the industrial standard "Organic Fertilizer" (NY/T 525-2021). The total nutrient w(N+P2O5+K2O) of organic fertilizer treated with BA is 5.18%, w(organic matter) is 45.94%, seed germination index is 97.06, and pH is 7.72.
