样品用盐酸-硝酸(3+1)混合酸溶解,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定肥料中镉和铬的含量。结果表明:镉的质量浓度在0.05~0.80 μg/mL范围内与对应的发射光谱强度呈线性关系(r>0.999),其检出限、定量限分别为0.203、0.678 μg/L;铬的质量浓度在0.50~4.00 μg/mL范围内与对应的发射光谱强度呈线性关系(r>0.999),其检出限、定量限分别为0.250、0.833 μg/L;两种元素的加标回收率分别为96.0%和99.2%,相对标准偏差分别为1.7%和2.0%。与原子吸收光谱法相比,ICP-AES法在准确性、检测效率和安全性方面具有优势,可为肥料中重金属含量的快速检测提供可靠的技术支持。
The sample is dissolved in hydrochloric acid-nitric acid (3+1) mixed acid, and the content of cadmium and chromium in fertilizer is simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results show that the mass concentration of cadmium has a linear relationship (r>0.999) with the corresponding emission spectral intensity in the range of 0.05-0.80 μg/mL, with detection limit and quantification limit of 0.203 and 0.678 μg/L, respectively. The mass concentration of chromium is linearly related to the corresponding emission spectral intensity in the range of 0.50-4.00 μg/mL (r>0.999), with detection limit and quantification limit of 0.250 and 0.833 μg/L, respectively. The spiked recovery rate of the two elements are 96.0% and 99.2% and the relative standard deviations of 1.7% and 2.0%, respectively. Compared to atomic absorption spectrometry, ICP-AES method has advantages in accuracy, detection efficiency, and safety, which can provide reliable technical support for the rapid detection of heavy metal content in fertilizer.
