复合肥生产装置尾气处理系统的改造

2套50 kt/a复合肥生产装置尾气处理系统存在洗涤效果不理想、排放气体带液严重、尾气洗涤塔洗涤液喷头喷嘴易堵塞等问题,无法满足满负荷生产的要求。针对尾气处理系统存在的问题,对干燥窑尾气洗涤塔和冷却窑尾气洗涤塔的内件进行了升级改造,使其具备多重净化功能,同时各自新增1座尾气洗涤塔。改造后,洗涤效果提升,尾气洗涤塔洗涤液喷头喷嘴因改用大口径水管而不易堵塞,洗涤塔的除尘脱硫效率达到95%以上,排气带液现象得到有效控制,满足了生产和环保要求。

Abstract:

The exhaust gas treatment system for two 50 kt/a compound fertilizer production units suffers from issues including unsatisfactory scrubbing efficiency, severe liquid entrainment in the exhaust gas, and frequent clogging of the spray nozzles in the scrubber towers. These problems prevent the system from meeting the demands of full-capacity production. To address these shortcomings, the internal components of the original exhaust gas scrubbers for the dry kiln and cooling kiln have been upgraded to provide multiple purification functions, while one new exhaust gas scrubber has been added to each.The transformation endows the system with enhanced multi-stage purification capabilities. Post-transformation results show improved scrubbing performance. The use of large-diameter water pipes instead of spray nozzles significantly reduces clogging issues. The scrubbers have achieved a dust removal and desulfurization efficiency of over 95%, with liquid entrainment in exhaust gas effectively controlled, thus meeting the production and environmental requirements.
