为考察褐藻寡糖对尿素硝酸铵溶液(UAN)的增效作用,以结球甘蓝为研究对象,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设5个处理,以不施氮肥为对照(CK)处理,T1~T4处理分别滴施等量的UAN和0、0.03%、0.06%、0.09%褐藻寡糖,测定了不同处理的结球甘蓝农艺性状、品质指标和氮素利用率。结果表明:在UAN中添加褐藻寡糖对结球甘蓝的产量和品质均有促进作用,结球甘蓝产量较T1处理的增加7.88%~13.28%,其中T3处理的产量最高;添加褐藻寡糖处理的结球甘蓝中硝酸盐含量低于T1处理的;氮素利用率随褐藻寡糖用量的增加而增大;经济收入随褐藻寡糖用量的增加先增加后降低,T3处理的经济效益最好。在试验条件下,兼顾产量、品质和经济效益,UAN中添加质量分数0.06%的褐藻寡糖较理想。
In order to investigate the synergistic effect of alginate oligosaccharides on urea ammonium nitrate solution (UAN), a field plot experiment is conducted on Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L. as the research object. The experiment consists of 5 treatments, with no nitrogen fertilizer as the control (CK) treatment. The T1-T4 treatments are treated with equal amounts of UAN and 0, 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.09% alginate oligosaccharides, respectively. The agronomic traits, quality indicators, and nitrogen utilization efficiency of Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L. under different treatments are measured. The results show that adding alginate oligosaccharides to UAN has a promoting effect on the yield and quality of Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L.. The yield increases by 7.88% to 13.28% compared to T1 treatment, with T3 treatment having the highest yield and the nitrate content in Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L. treated with alginate oligosaccharides is lower than that in T1 treatment. The nitrogen utilization efficiency increases with the increase of alginate oligosaccharide dosage. The economic income first increases and then decreases with the increase of alginate oligosaccharides dosage, and T3 treatment has the best economic benefits. Under experimental conditions, it is ideal to add 0.06% alginate oligosaccharides to UAN while considering the yield, quality, and economic benefits.
