为考察在液体肥料中添加海藻多糖和氨基酸的比例及其对农作物生长和品质的影响,以上海青为试验对象,冲施不添加海藻多糖和氨基酸的液体肥料为对照(CK)处理,开展了盆栽试验。结果表明:单独或联合添加海藻多糖、氨基酸,均可提高上海青的产量;单独添加海藻多糖可提高植株的维生素C含量,降低硝酸盐含量,提高上海青的品质;液体肥料中同时添加30 g/L氨基酸、10 g/L海藻多糖,性价比较高,与CK处理相比,上海青的叶片数、地上部鲜质量、根鲜质量分别增加7.29%、17.58%、27.88%,植株的硝酸盐含量降低。
In order to investigate the proportion of seaweed polysaccharides and amino acids added to liquid fertilizers and effects on crop growth and quality, a pot experiment is conducted using Brassica chinensis L. as the experimental object and liquid fertilizer without seaweed polysaccharides and amino acids added as the control (CK) treatment. The results show that the addition of seaweed polysaccharides and amino acids only or in combination can increase the yield of Brassica chinensis L.. Adding seaweed polysaccharides alone can increase the vitamin C content of plants, reduce nitrate content, and improve the quality of Brassica chinensis L. Adding 30 g/L amino acids and 10 g/L seaweed polysaccharides simultaneously to liquid fertilizer has a higher cost-effectiveness. Compared with CK treatment, the number of leaves, fresh weight of aboveground parts and fresh root weight of Brassica chinensis L. increased by 7.29%, 17.58%, and 27.88%, respectively, while the nitrate content of the plant decreased.
