水溶肥料样品经水超声提取,采用AS18阴离子交换柱、氢氧化钾溶液等度洗脱和电导检测的方式,建立了同时测定Cl-、SO42-、NO3-、PO43-等4种阴离子含量的离子色谱法。结果表明,该方法能在13 min内实现对4种阴离子的有效分离;4种阴离子的质量浓度在1~30 mg/L范围内与对应色谱峰面积呈线性关系,决定系数R2均大于0.999 9;Cl-、SO42-、NO3-、PO43-的定量限分别为0.86、5.00、31.73、62.07 μg/L;大量元素水溶肥料中4种阴离子测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.10%~2.31%,加标回收率为97.6%~105%。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于批量水溶肥料中阴离子含量的测定。
An ion chromatographic method is established for the simultaneous determination of four anions (Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, PO43-) in water-soluble fertilizer samples. The samples are extracted by ultrasonic-assisted water extraction, and the anions are separated using an AS18 anion exchange column with isocratic elution of potassium hydroxide solution, followed by conductivity detection. The results show that the four anions can be effectively separated within 13 minutes. The mass concentrations of the four anions exhibit a linear relationship with their corresponding chromatographic peak areas in the range of 1-30 mg/L, with coefficients of determination R2 all greater than 0.999 9. The limits of quantification for Cl-, SO42-, NO3-, and PO43- are 0.86 μg/L, 5.00 μg/L, 31.73 μg/L, and 62.07 μg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations (n=6) for the determination of the four anions in macro-element water-soluble fertilizers range from 0.10% to 2.31%. The spiked recovery rates are between 97.6% and 105%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the batch determination of anion content in water-soluble fertilizers.
