为实现磷石膏的资源化利用,开展了用氧化钙中和法以及添加固化剂固化磷石膏中可溶性磷和可溶性氟的试验,考察了固化时的酸碱度、氧化钙用量、陈化时间及磷石膏含水率对磷石膏中可溶性磷和可溶性氟固化效果的影响。结果表明,将质量分数0.8%的氧化钙加入含水质量分数为30%~33%的磷石膏中,在碱性条件下加入固化剂陈化3~6 d,磷石膏中可溶性磷和可溶性氟的固化效果较理想。
To promote the resource utilization of phosphogypsum, experiments are conducted to convert soluble phosphorus and fluorine in phosphogypsum into insoluble forms through calcium oxide neutralization and the addition of a curing agent. The effects of pH, calcium oxide dosage, aging time, and moisture content of phosphogypsum on the conversion effect are investigated. The results show that optimal conversion effect of soluble phosphorus and fluorine is achieved by adding 0.8% (mass ratio) calcium oxide to phosphogypsum with a moisture content of 30%-33%, followed by aging with a curing agent under alkaline conditions for 3-6 days.
