为考察腐殖酸微生物菌肥部分替代化肥对马铃薯生长及品质的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设普通复合肥(CK)、普通复合肥减量20%(BB)、BB+腐殖酸微生物菌肥(FABB)共3个处理,测定了不同处理的马铃薯生物学性状、叶片形态和光合参数、产量、品质性状等指标。结果表明:FABB处理对马铃薯地下部生长的影响最显著,地下部干质量较CK、BB处理的分别提高50.27%、41.51%;FABB处理改善了马铃薯植株叶片的形态,叶片的叶绿素相对含量较CK、BB处理的分别提高36.71%、18.93%;FABB处理的马铃薯产量及块茎中淀粉、维生素C含量均显著高于CK、BB处理的。腐殖酸微生物菌肥部分替代化肥,可以显著促进马铃薯生长,并提高马铃薯的产量和品质。
To investigate the effects of partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with humic acid microbial fertilizer on potato growth and quality, a field plot experiment is conducted. Three treatments are designed: conventional compound fertilizer (CK), 20% reduced conventional compound fertilizer (BB), and BB combined with humic acid microbial fertilizer (FABB). Biological traits, leaf morphology, photosynthetic parameters, yield, and quality attributes of potatoes are measured under different treatments. The results show that the FABB treatment significantly enhances underground part growth, increasing underground part dry weight by 50.27% and 41.51% compared to CK and BB treatments, respectively. The FABB treatment improves leaf morphology, elevates chlorophyll relative content by 36.71% and 18.93% over CK and BB. Additionally, FABB treatment achieves significantly higher potato yield, starch content in tubers, and vitamin C level compared to CK and BB treatments. Partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with humic acid microbial fertilizer can significantly promote potato growth while improving yield and quality.
