选取4个不同钾含量、不同基础肥料的复合肥料样品,召集10家实验室对新修订的国家标准《复合肥料中钾含量的测定》(GB/T 8574—2024)中新增加的超声提取-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法进行实验室间比对试验。结果表明:该方法的重复性标准差sr和再现性标准差sR与复合肥料样品中的氧化钾质量分数w有明显的对数线性关系,即sr=0.018 7w0.674,sR=0.050 6w0.705,方法的重复性限r=0.052 4w0.674,再现性限R=0.142w0.705。超声提取-ICP-OES法测定复合肥料中钾含量具有较好的重复性和再现性,可作为新的国家标准方法进行推广。
Four compound fertilizer samples with different potassium contents and different base fertilizers are selected, and ten laboratories are organized to conduct an inter-laboratory comparison trial for the newly added ultrasonic extraction-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) method in the newly revised national standard "Determination of Potassium Content for Compound Fertilizers" (GB/T 8574—2024). The results show that there is a clear log-linear relationship between the repeatability standard deviation (sr)and reproducibility standard deviation (sR) of the method and the mass fraction (w) of potassium oxide in the compound fertilizer samples, namely sr=0.018 7w0.674 and sR=0.050 6w0.705. The repeatability limit of the method is r=0.052 4w0.674, and the reproducibility limit of the method is R=0.142w0.705. The ultrasonic extraction-ICP-OES method for determining potassium content in compound fertilizers demonstrates good repeatability and reproducibility and can be promoted as a new national standard method.
