振动技术在塔式熔体造粒工艺中的应用展望

摘要:

由于含高比例磷钾粉体的熔体黏度大、液滴断裂存在随机性,传统高塔复合肥造粒技术需解决颗粒均匀性差、造粒喷头易堵塞等问题。国内20世纪末开发的差动造粒装置,未能完全满足需求;10多年前国内企业曾将振动造粒技术应用于高塔复合肥造粒工艺,尽管试验结果表明该技术能提高颗粒粒度的均匀性,但由于试验装置存在设计缺陷等因素,未能获得市场支持。目前,我国企业已研发出专用振动造粒装置,并进行了工业化试验,振动造粒技术有望在高塔复合肥造粒工艺中得到工程化应用,从而推动行业发展。

Abstract:

Traditional high tower granulation technology for compound fertilizers faces challenges such as poor particle uniformity and prone clogging of granulation nozzles, due to the high viscosity of melts containing high proportions of phosphorus and potassium powders and the randomness of droplet breakage. The differential motion granulation device developed in China in the late 1990s did not fully meet the requirements. Over a decade ago, domestic enterprises attempted to apply vibration granulation technology to the high tower compound fertilizer granulation process. Although test results indicated that this technology could improve particle size uniformity, it failed to gain market acceptance primarily due to design flaws in the experimental apparatus. Currently, specialized vibration granulation equipment has been developed by Chinese companies and has undergone industrial trials. Vibration granulation technology is expected to achieve engineering application in high tower compound fertilizer granulation process, thereby promoting industry advancement.
