化肥减量配施腐殖酸土壤调理剂对槟榔芋产量、品质和土壤肥力的影响

摘要:

针对不合理施肥造成的土壤理化性状恶化、槟榔芋产量和品质下降等问题,开展了化肥减量配施腐殖酸土壤调理剂的田间小区试验。试验共设置常规施肥(CK)、常规施肥+750 kg/hm2腐殖酸调理剂(T1)、常规施肥+1 500 kg/hm2腐殖酸调理剂(T2)及常规施肥减施15%+1 500 kg/hm2腐殖酸调理剂(T3)等4个处理,考察了不同施肥处理对槟榔芋产量、品质、土壤养分含量、土壤酶活性、经济效益等指标的影响。结果表明:与CK处理相比,T2、T3处理可提高槟榔芋淀粉和蛋白质含量,产量分别增加22.68%、9.09%;土壤交换性酸度分别降低0.14、0.13 cmol/kg,土壤中有效磷和速效钾含量分别提高32.07%、21.47%和20.08%、28.81%,净收入分别增加943.54、465.49元/亩(1亩=667 m2);同时,还能提高土壤pH和酶活性。相关性热图分析表明,槟榔芋产量、淀粉含量与土壤中多种养分含量及酶活性呈正相关,与土壤交换性酸度呈负相关。在试验条件下,T2处理效果显著,T3处理是实现化肥减量增效的有效措施。

Abstract:

In response to issues such as the deterioration of soil physical and chemical properties and the decline in yield and quality of Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott var. Binglang caused by irrational fertilization practices, a field plot experiment is conducted involving reduced chemical fertilizer application combined with a humic acid soil conditioner. The experiment includes four treatments: conventional fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization + 750 kg/hm2 humic acid conditioner (T1), conventional fertilization + 1 500 kg/hm2 humic acid conditioner (T2), and conventional fertilization reduced by 15% + 1 500 kg/hm2 humic acid conditioner (T3). The effects of different fertilization treatments on yield, quality of the product, soil nutrient content, soil enzyme activity, and economic benefits are investigated. The results show that comparing with the CK treatment, the T2 and T3 treatments increase the starch and protein content of Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott var. Binglang, as well as increasing yield by 22.68% and 9.09%, respectively. Soil exchangeable acidity decreases by 0.14 and 0.13 cmol/kg and the content of available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil increase by 32.07%, 21.47% and 20.08%, 28.81%, and net income increases by 943.54 and 465.49 yuan/mu (1 mu = 667 m2). Simultaneously, these treatments also increase soil pH and enzyme activity. Correlation heat map analysis indicates that Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott var. Binglang yield and starch content are positively correlated with various nutrient contents and enzyme activities in the soil, but negatively correlated with soil exchangeable acidity. Under the experimental conditions, the T2 treatment shows significant effects, and the T3 treatment is an effective measure for achieving reduced fertilizer application with enhanced efficiency.
