采用超声提取-容量法和超声提取-重量法测定复合肥料中的氯离子和水溶性磷含量,并与沸水提取和加水研磨法的测定结果进行对比。结果表明:超声提取-容量法测定氯离子含量的相对标准偏差为0.35%~ 1.87%,加标回收率为98.6%~101.2%;超声提取-重量法测定水溶性磷含量的相对标准偏差为0.45%~1.28%,加标回收率为99.0%~101.3%;与沸水提取和加水研磨法等提取方式相比,超声提取法在室温条件下提取只需8 min,且不需要冷却转移和研磨过程,不仅操作快速简便,而且准确度高、精密度良好,适用于复合肥料的批量检测。
The chloride ion and water-soluble phosphorus contents in compound fertilizers are determined using ultrasonic extraction-volumetric method and ultrasonic extraction-gravimetric method, respectively, and the results are compared with those obtained by boiling water extraction and water-added grinding methods. The results show that the relative standard deviations (RSD) for the determination of chloride ion content by the ultrasonic extraction-volumetric method range from 0.35% to 1.87%, with spiked recoveries of 98.6% to 101.2%. The RSD for the determination of water-soluble phosphorus content by the ultrasonic extraction-gravimetric method is 0.45% to 1.28%, with spiked recoveries of 99.0% to 101.3%. Comparing with extraction methods such as boiling water extraction and water-added grinding, the ultrasonic extraction method requires only 8 minutes at room temperature, eliminates the need for cooling, transfer, and grinding processes. It is not only rapid and simple to operate but also demonstrates high accuracy and good precision, making it suitable for batch testing of compound fertilizers.
