建立了三氯乙酸-双缩脲分光光度法测定肥料中鱼蛋白肽含量的方法。肥料样品用体积分数15%的三氯乙酸溶液预处理30 min后,采用紫外-可见分光光度计于540 nm处测定溶液的吸光度。结果表明:在0~1.0 mg/mL范围内,鱼蛋白肽质量浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 4;方法的加标回收率为95.0%~104.8%,10次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.99%。三氯乙酸-双缩脲分光光度法具有良好的精密度与准确度,适用于肥料中鱼蛋白肽含量的测定。
A trichloroacetic acid-biuret spectrophotometry is established for the determination of fish protein peptide content in fertilizers. After pre-treating the fertilizer sample with 15% (volume fraction) trichloroacetic acid solution for 30 min, the absorbance of the solution is measured at 540 nm using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometre. The results show that the fish protein peptide mass concentration exhibited a good linear relationship with absorbance within the range of 0-1.0 mg/mL, with R2=0.999 4. The spiked recovery rate of the method is 95.0% to 104.8%, and the relative standard deviation of the result from 10 parallel determinations is 1.99%. The trichloroacetic acid-biuret spectrophotometry offers good precision and accuracy, making it suitable for the determination of fish protein peptide content in fertilizers.
