为探索山东省邹城市小麦田增施有机肥部分替代化肥对土壤理化性状、植株养分含量和小麦籽粒产量的影响,开展了田间小区试验。试验共设5个处理,对照(CK)处理不施用有机肥,T1~T4处理在施用有机肥200 kg/亩(1亩=667 m2)的基础上分别减施化肥10%、20%、30%、50%,分别测定了不同施肥处理的小麦产量、土壤养分含量及小麦秸秆和籽粒中氮、磷、钾的含量。结果表明:与CK处理相比,T1~T4处理能显著提高土壤中有机质和氮、磷、钾的含量;小麦秸秆和籽粒中氮、磷、钾的含量及籽粒产量均有所提高;T1~T4处理的小麦产量呈逐渐下降趋势。增施有机肥部分替代化肥可提高土壤养分含量和小麦产量;在试验条件下,增施有机肥200 kg/亩、减施化肥10%的处理综合效果较理想。
A field plot experiment is conducted to explore the effects of partially substituting chemical fertilizer with increased organic fertilizer application on soil physical and chemical properties, plant nutrient contents, and grain yield in a wheat field in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province. Five treatments are established: the control (CK) with no organic fertilizer application, and treatments T1 to T4 involving the application of 200 kg/mu (1 mu=667 m2) of organic fertilizer combined with 10%, 20%, 30%, and 50% reductions in chemical fertilizer, respectively. Wheat yield, soil nutrient contents, and the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents in wheat straw and grains under different fertilization treatments are measured. The results indicate that compared with the CK treatment, treatments T1 to T4 significantly increase the contents of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the soil. The nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents in wheat straw and grains, as well as the grain yield, are also improved. However, the wheat yield in treatments T1 to T4 shows a gradually decreasing trend. Partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with increases organic fertilizer application can enhance soil nutrient content and wheat yield. Under the experimental conditions, the treatment with 200 kg/mu of organic fertilizer and a 10% reduction in chemical fertilizer achieves relatively ideal comprehensive effects.
