为探究猪粪和花椒油渣为原料生产的有机肥的肥效,以2个品种的大豆为试验对象,开展了田间小区试验。试验设置不施肥(T1)、施用猪粪花椒油渣有机肥(T2)、施用商品有机肥(T3)等3个处理,考察了不同处理对大豆生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:T2处理的两种大豆产量较T1处理的分别增产11.87%和10.47%,较T3处理的分别增产7.41%和5.04%;T2处理的两种大豆脂肪和蛋白质含量较T1处理的分别提高6.73%和5.75%、5.41%和1.39%,较T3处理的分别提高4.24%和1.57%、4.18%和0.66%。以猪粪和花椒油渣为原料生产的有机肥,兼具资源循环与生态效益,可实现大豆的高产优质栽培及农业废弃物的资源化利用。
To investigate the fertilizer efficiency of organic fertilizer produced from pig manure and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. oil residue, a field plot experiment is conducted using two soybean varieties. Three treatments are established: no fertilization (T1), application of pig manure and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. oil residue organic fertilizer (T2), and application of commercial organic fertilizer (T3). The effects of different treatments on soybean growth, yield, and quality are examined. The results show that comparing with T1, the T2 treatment increases the yield of the two soybean varieties by 11.87% and 10.47%, respectively, and increases yield by 7.41% and 5.04% compared with T3. Comparing with T1, the T2 treatment increases the fat and protein content of the two soybean varieties by 6.73% and 5.75%, and 5.41% and 1.39%, respectively. Comparing with T3, the increases are 4.24% and 4.18% for fat, and 1.57% and 0.66% for protein, respectively. The organic fertilizer produced from pig manure and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. oil residue combines resource recycling and ecological benefits, enabling high-yield, high-quality soybean cultivation and the resource utilization of agricultural waste.
