为探究追施不同形态氮肥对上海青生长和品质的影响,进行了盆栽试验。在氮素追施量相同的条件下,试验设置不追肥(CK)和追施硝态氮(T1)、酰胺态氮(T2)、铵态氮(T3)、酰胺态氮+铵态氮(T4)等5个处理,考察了不同处理的上海青叶片的叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、株高、叶片数、地上部鲜质量及维生素C、硝酸盐含量。结果表明,T4处理的效果最好,与CK处理相比,收获时的SPAD值、株高、叶片数、地上部鲜质量、维生素C含量分别提高了8.05%、21.49%、6.08%、25.16%、25.77%,硝酸盐含量降低了3.72%。在试验条件下,追施酰胺态氮+铵态氮比追施单一形态氮素更能促进上海青的生长和品质提升。
A pot experiment on Brassica chinensis L. is conducted to study how topdressing with different forms of nitrogen fertilizer influences its growth and quality. Under the same nitrogen topdressing amount, the experiment set up five treatments including no topdressing (CK), topdressing with nitrate nitrogen (T1), amide nitrogen (T2), ammonium nitrogen (T3), amide nitrogen+ammonium nitrogen (T4) to investigate the chlorophyll relative content (SPAD value), plant height, leaf number, aboveground fresh weight, vitamin C, and nitrate content of Brassica chinensis L. under different treatments. The results show that T4 treatment has the best effect. Compared with CK treatment, the SPAD value, plant height, leaf number, aboveground fresh weight, and vitamin C content at harvest increases by 8.05%, 21.49%, 6.08%, 25.16%, and 25.77%, respectively, while the nitrate content decreases by 3.72%. Under experimental conditions, topdressing with amide nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen can promote the growth and quality improvement of Brassica chinensis L. more effectively than topdressing with a single form of nitrogen.
