摘要:

建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定茶园土壤中砷、汞、铅、镉、铜、锌、锰等7种元素含量的方法。土壤样品在室温下经硝酸、盐酸预消解后,加入氢氟酸和过氧化氢进行微波消解,消解后的样品采用ICP-MS法进行测定。结果表明:7种元素标准曲线的决定系数R2均>0.999 0,精密度试验(n=6)的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.28%~1.85%,稳定性试验(12 h,n=6)的RSD为0.35%~1.92%,均满足RSD < 5%的分析要求; 标准样品的认定值与测定值的偏差在允许范围内; 方法的检出限为0.01~0.30 mg/kg; 对15个茶园土壤样品进行了测定,南方茶园土壤中重金属含量整体符合安全标准。试验方法消解效率高、检出限低、稳定性好,可用于茶园土壤多元素同时测定。

A method for the simultaneous determination of seven elements, including arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium, copper, zinc, and manganese, in tea plantation soil is established using microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Soil samples are pre-digested with nitric acid and hydrochloric acid at room temperature, followed by microwave digestion with the addition of hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The digested samples are then analyzed by ICP-MS. The results indicate that the determination coefficients (R2) of the standard curves for the seven elements are all >0.999 0. The relative standard deviations (RSD) for precision tests (n=6) range from 0.28% to 1.85%, and for stability tests (12 h, n=6) from 0.35% to 1.92%, both meeting the analytical requirement of RSD < 5%. The deviations between the certified values and the measured values of the standard reference material are within the allowable range. The detection limits of the method range from 0.01 to 0.30 mg/kg. The method is applied to determine the element contents in 15 tea plantation soil samples. The heavy metal contents in tea plantation soils from southern China generally comply with safety standards. The proposed method offers high digestion efficiency, low detection limits, and good stability, making it suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in tea plantation soil.
