为探究样品风干处理对商品有机肥料主要技术指标检测结果的影响,选取7个典型有机肥料产品,分别制备风干样与未风干样(鲜样),由5家农业农村部肥料质量检验测试中心实验室分别测定总氮、总磷、总钾、总养分、有机质、氯离子的含量和酸碱度(pH)等7个主要技术指标,采用方差分析统计检测结果的差异性。结果表明:有机肥料样品进行风干处理前后,各项指标的测定值间多数差异不显著,对大多数产品主要技术指标的检测结果影响有限; 但风干处理可提高技术指标检测的均一度和稳定性。在保证检测准确度和稳定性的前提下,可针对不同的有机肥料样品合理选择是否进行风干处理。
To investigate the effects of sample air-drying pretreatment on detection results of main technical indicators of commercial organic fertilizers, seven typical organic fertilizer products are selected. Both air-dried and non-air-dried (fresh) samples are prepared from these products. Seven main technical indicators: contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total nutrient, organic matter, chloride ion, and pH are determined respectively by five laboratories of Fertilizer Quality Inspection and Testing Centers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Differences in detection results are statistically analyzed using analysis of variance. The results indicate that for most organic fertilizer samples, the differences in measured values of various indicators before and after air-drying pretreatment are not significant, suggesting a limited impact on detection results of most key technical indicators. However, air-drying pretreatment improves the uniformity and stability of the technical indicator measurements. On the premise of ensuring detection accuracy and stability, the decision to apply air-drying pretreatment can be reasonably made based on the specific organic fertilizer sample.
