磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产副产的大宗固体废弃物,其大量堆存带来严峻的环境压力。磷石膏制酸联产土壤调理剂技术通过一体化工艺,将磷石膏中的硫资源转化为工业硫酸,同时将其钙基固相残渣转化为安全的土壤调理剂,实现了“废物-资源-产品”的闭环循环。阐述了以磷石膏热分解为核心的一体化联产工艺原理,综述了旨在同步优化硫酸产出与固相残渣品质的工艺革新,论述了基于制酸、残渣定向制备土壤调理剂的无害化与改性技术,分析了联产产品的应用效果与环境安全性,探讨了当前的技术瓶颈与未来发展方向,以期为磷石膏的高值化与规模化资源利用提供参考。
Phosphogypsum is a bulk solid waste by-product of wet-process phosphoric acid production, and its extensive stockpiling poses severe environmental pressure. The technology for producing acid from phosphogypsum while co-producing a soil conditioner integrates the conversion of sulfur resources in phosphogypsum into industrial sulfuric acid and transforms the calcium-based solid residue into a safe soil conditioner through a unified process, achieving a closed-loop cycle of "waste-resource-product". The principles of the integrated co-production process focused on the thermal decomposition of phosphogypsum are elaborated. Process innovations targeted at simultaneously optimizing sulfuric acid output and the quality of the solid residue are reviewed. Harmless treatment and modification technologies based on the acid production as well as the directional preparation of soil conditioners from residue are discussed. The application effectiveness and environmental safety of the co-produced products are analyzed, and current technological bottlenecks and future development directions are explored. The purpose is to provide a reference for the high-value and large-scale resource utilization of phosphogypsum.
