摘要:

高塔复合肥作为高浓度复合肥的主流品类,其高效生产与灵活供应特性,在降低国家化肥储备压力、保障春耕用肥及化肥生产保供中发挥了重要的作用。在“十四五”期间,高塔复合肥行业实现了产能规模扩张、技术工艺迭代与产业格局优化,但同时面临产能结构性过剩、产品同质化严重、核心技术瓶颈突出等问题。“十五五”时期是我国农业绿色转型与化肥产业高质量发展的关键阶段,在“高效化、绿色化、功能型”政策导向下,高塔复合肥行业需精准对接复合肥产业整体发展战略,聚焦技术迭代、产品升级、产业协同、数智转型等四大核心方向,推动产业向功能复合化、生产低碳化、管理智能化、服务一体化转型。系统分析了我国高塔复合肥行业的发展现状与核心瓶颈,结合“十五五”规划要求及复合肥行业发展趋势,提出产能优化、技术创新、绿色升级、产业融合等针对性的发展路径与保障措施,为高塔复合肥行业高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract:

As a mainstream category of high-concentration compound fertilizers, high-tower compound fertilizers play a crucial role in reducing the pressure on national fertilizer reserves and ensuring fertilizer supply for spring plowing and overall production, owing to efficient production and flexible supply characteristics. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the high-tower compound fertilizer industry achieved capacity expansion, technological process iteration, and optimization of the industrial pattern. However, it simultaneously faces challenges such as structural overcapacity, severe product homogenization, and prominent core technology difficulties. The 15th Five-Year Plan period represents a critical stage for the green transformation of China′s agriculture and the high-quality development of the fertilizer industry. Under the policy orientation of "efficiency, greening, and functionality", the high-tower compound fertilizer industry needs to precisely align with the overall development strategy of the compound fertilizer sector. The focus should be on four core directions: technological iteration, product upgrading, industrial synergy, as well as digital and intelligent transformation, promoting the industry′s transition towards functional compounding, low-carbon production, intelligent management, and integrated services. The development status and core difficulties of China′s high-tower compound fertilizer industry are analyzed. By integrating the requirements of the 15th Five-Year Plan and the development trends of the compound fertilizer industry, it proposes targeted development pathways and safeguard measures, including capacity optimization, technological innovation, green upgrading, and industrial integration, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the high-tower compound fertilizer industry.
