为探究生态和谐型种植技术(BLOF)对设施草莓土壤的改良效果,分别设置BLOF处理与当地常规改良技术(CK)处理,开展了田间小区试验,考察了不同处理对土壤理化性状、微生物数量、草莓生长及产量的影响。结果表明:与CK处理相比,BLOF处理可显著降低土壤容重和紧实度,并显著增加0.25~0.50 mm粒径水稳性团聚体的占比,提升土壤pH及铵态氮、速效钾含量,抑制真菌生长,促进细菌、放线菌生长,草莓根系显著增长32.0%;BLOF处理的草莓叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)与氮含量、果实糖度和产量均优于CK处理的,但差异均不显著。
To investigate the improvement effects of Bio-Logical Farming (BLOF) technology on greenhouse strawberry soil, treatments with BLOF and local conventional improvement technology (CK) are established, and a field plot experiment is conducted. The effects of different treatments on soil physical and chemical properties, microbial populations, strawberry growth, and yield are examined. The results show that compared with the CK treatment, the BLOF treatment significantly reduces soil bulk density and compacttion, significantly increases the proportion of water-stable aggregates with particle sizes of 0.25-0.50 mm, and raises soil pH, ammonium nitrogen content, and available potassium content. Additionally, the BLOF treatment inhibits fungal growth, promotes the growth of bacteria and actinomycetes, and significantly increases strawberry root length by 32.0%. Although the relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value) of strawberry leaves and nitrogen content, as well as fruit sugar content and yield of strawberry, are higher in the BLOF treatment than those in the CK treatment, these differences are not statistically significant.
