采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定肥料生产原料钼酸铵中的总砷含量时,在高灵敏度波长(189.042 nm)处存在背景干扰和光谱干扰。采用灵敏度略低的波长(193.759 nm)可避免上述干扰,测定结果与氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法的基本一致;方法的标准曲线线性良好,线性相关系数为0.999 8,方法的检出限为0.010 μg/mL,样品测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.53%,加标回收率为102.9%。采用波长193.759 nm测定钼酸铵中的砷含量更适合,方法准确可靠,精密度较高。
When determining the total arsenic content in ammonium molybdate, a raw material for fertilizer production, by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), background interference and spectral interference are observed at the high-sensitivity wavelength of 189.042 nm. A slightly less sensitive wavelength (193.759 nm) is used to avoid these interferences, and the determination results are consistent with those obtained by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry. The standard curve shows good linearity with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The detection limit of the method is 0.010 μg/mL, the relative standard deviation of the sample determined values (n=6) is 0.53%, and the spike recovery is 102.9%. Using the wavelength of 193.759 nm is more suitable for determining arsenic content in ammonium molybdate, as the method is accurate, reliable, and exhibits good precision.
