根据行业标准《肥料级磷酸二氢钾》(HG/T 2321—2016),采用温度滴定法测定磷酸二氢钾中钾的含量,对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析,主要为测量重复性、氯化钾标准溶液配制、试样溶液准备及测定、四苯硼钠标准溶液标定等4个方面。按《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的规定进行不确定度计算,结果表明磷酸二氢钾中钾含量测定的不确定度来源主要为四苯硼钠标准溶液标定和空白测定。磷酸二氢钾中钾含量的合成标准不确定度为0.24%,扩展不确定度为0.48%,测定结果为33.55%±0.48%(k=2)。
According to the industry standard "Fertilizer Grade Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate" (HG/T 2321—2016), the potassium content in potassium dihydrogen phosphate is determined by thermometric titration. The sources of uncertainty in the determination process are analyzed, mainly including four aspects: measurement repeatability, preparation of potassium chloride standard solution, sample solution preparation and determination, and standardization of sodium tetraphenylborate standard solution. The uncertainty is calculated in accordance with "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" (JJF 1059.1—2012). The results show that the main sources of uncertainty for the determination of potassium content in potassium dihydrogen phosphate are the standardization of sodium tetraphenylborate standard solution and the blank determination. The combined standard uncertainty for the potassium content in potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 0.24%, and the expanded uncertainty is 0.48%. The determination result is expressed as 33.55%±0.48% (k=2).
